How do I join the Loyalty Program?
To join our Loyalty Program, simply create an account on our website. Once you have an account, you will automatically earn points for every purchase you make.
Go to My Account on the top menu or just click the little "gift" icon on the bottom right corner of the page.
You can create an account if you still don't have one, or log in with your account.
You will earn your first 200 points just for joining!

When do my points expire?
Points earned through our Loyalty Program will not expire.
How can I redeem my rewards?
To redeem your points, log in to your account and click on the Loyalty Program "gift" icon at the bottom. There you can see what type of rewards you can claim. If you have enough points for a reward, you can redeem it with just one click.
NOTE:
Redeemed rewards will be shipped with your next order. For rewards where you can select your free product, please leave the item name on your order note, so I can add it for you.

What type of free products can I get?
For rewards where you can select your item, you can choose among all items available in the reward category and in stock at the time of placing the order. If all items in the reward category are out of stock, you can select another item with similar price or wait for a restock.
For rewards where you cannot select your products (i.e. mystery bag and mystery box), you will get a selection of in stock products at the time of placing the order.

Can I use my points with other promotions or discounts?
Yes, you can use your loyalty points in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
However, bear in mind that your redeemed points for purchase discount cannot exceed 25% of the order subtotal.

How can I track my points and rewards?
You can track your points by logging in to your account, going to My Account and clicking on the Loyalty Program tab. There, you will see how many points you have earned and how many points you have redeemed.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points earned through our Loyalty Program cannot be transferred to another customer's account.
