GENERAL INFO

• You are only purchasing the digital file, NOT printed art.
• I will send to you by email the full resolution picture. Do NOT re-upload the picture anywhere.
• PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can use it as icon/avatar, as long as it’s a personal account and you’re not making any profit with it, give credits and do NOT claim as your own creation. FOR COMMERCIAL USE, CONTACT ME.
• I RESERVE THE RIGHT to refuse your petition.
• As the artist, I HOLD EVERY RIGHT TO THE PRODUCED ARTWORK, so I may: post the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters), promote myself with it in any place, etc.
• You are NOT ALLOWED to:
  • Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.
  • Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
  • Take credit for the art.
  • Remove my watermarks / signatures.

PAYMENT INFO

• For lower prices (up to €30), I require FULL PAYMENT BEFORE I START the artwork.
• For higher prices, I can accept 50/50 PAYMENT, 50% BEFORE I START the artwork and 50% AFTER SKETCH is done and approved.
• Payment through KO-FI is easy and fast. It’s just like any other online shop. And you don’t need to create an account!

WORK

• Estimated time can be FROM 3-4 DAYS UP TO 2-4 WEEKS since the moment I start working on your order. This waiting time could be longer if you order several commissions or if I have other commissions to do before yours. Please be patient with me.
• I will ALWAYS INFORM YOU IF SOMETHING COMES UP and there is a delay with the order.
• If it’s an URGENT COMMISSION (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you MUST add the corresponding extra fee for commission priority.
• I will show sketches or wips. You’ll have 48H TO ANSWER ME AND APPROVE THE SKETCH OR DO CHANGES. I won’t do any changes after coloring (just in the case of my mistake).

REFUNDS

• I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY IF I HAVE NOT STARTED WORKING ON YOUR ORDER. Once I have started the sketch there will be NO refunds.
• You have NO RIGHT TO CANCEL OR DEMAND A REFUND FROM ME under any circumstances if I have started with your order, unless there’s a good reason for it. In that case, I would only refund X% and NOT 100%.
• If you file a chargeback or try any kind of fraud against me, YOUR RIGHT TO EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER MADE FOR YOU WILL BE RETRACTED and I have the right to use the artworks in any way I want.
• Also you will be blocked and you won’t be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
• Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for other artists to watch out.
